I have an IBM self-correcting Selectric that I would like to give to anyone who will pick it up or pay for shipping. It has a Spanish-language keyboard (and I have elements for English and trilingual). I bought it in 1974, new, and it is in good condition, except for a problem with the escapement mechanism.
I love this typewriter, but no longer use it, and can’t bear the thought of taking it to the recycling center to have it heaped upon the pile of cast-off computers. Are you interested in the machine, or do you know of a source for finding it a good home?
